We will post your unit on two platforms of your choosing. We recommend Airbnb and VRBO, then use sites like Guesty.com to manage both. Hire us to manage and automate the unit to receive max profit.

Using our database of real estate photographers, we will assign your unit a professional photographer. They will take exquisite photos for Airbnb, your direct booking website, and other distribution channels you decide to use.

Using our database of real estate videographers, we will assign your unit a professional videographer. They will take eye-capturing videos for your direct booking website and other distribution channels. We also provide 3D video tours. You may select one or the other.

We will provide you with one maid service we have already screened and vetted. We will set up the automation process with our referred cleaning team to further assist you when generating passive income. They will have direct access to your booking portals to clean the property whenever a guest leaves on autopilot.

Our talented graphic designers will create a striking company logo for your company on Canva Pro or Photoshop. Concepts, ideas, and preferred abbreviations are encouraged to be provided to us if you want to guarantee a logo you love.

We will design a branded direct booking website for your listing with your company logo attached. We use boostly.co.uk to provide a high conversion rate and max profitability for your vacation rental business.
Included below are our company's procedures and specifics. When you purchase any of our Turnkey products, a contract and invoice will be provided. Once the agreement is signed and the invoice is paid, we will begin locating the unit in the desired city and state and provide biweekly updates if you chose our smaller package and weekly updates if you ordered our turnkey service. We will provide all updates through our portal. After submitting everything, you will gain access to the portal.
Once we've located the unit and you've approved the listing, we'll begin scheduling tours/virtual tours and reviewing the associated fees and specifics. After discussing your profit margins, we will begin securing the property under your LLC and/or name (if you do not have an LLC). For our Turnkey clients, the remainder of this procedure will vary, thus extra information will be provided.
