Self Check-In

We utilize Salto or Shlage smart locks. It is chosen according to the type of property it is. Using sophisticated software, passcodes are automatically generated and renewed based on guests' booking durations. Tools like Guesty allows us to automatically send the passcode to guest at time of check-in.

Complementary High-Speed Wifi

FGQ recommends and confirms that our clients' properties have an exceptional Wi-Fi connection in order to receive badges for increased visibility. In addition, we employ tools such as StayFi to collect guest emails in order to run effective email marketing campaigns and increase direct bookings.

Premium Fresh Linens

We provide several sorts of linen based on the property. For more expensive and luxurious properties within those short-term and mid-term rentals, we provide silk linens. However, our gold standard for linens is those with cotton threads.

Beyond Hotel-Style Toiletries
